Change the formatting of your text

Of course you know (?) that you should use direct formatting as little as possible.
In a good template, a slide layout for text often defines multiple text styles. But using Tab / Shift + Tab is not an intuitive way to apply the formatting and the buttons for increasing and decreasing the list level are not user friendly.

Intuitive access to text styles

Often, the instruction is to use the buttons to increase and decrease the list level to change text formatting.

As an alternative, in a well designed template, you can use Tab or Shift + Tab at the start of a paragraph.

But which text styles are available, and how often do you have to increase or decrease the list level for the desired formatting?

With KeySlides, the administrator can define buttons with clear descriptions, like Heading, Standard and Bullet list.

You can click these buttons anywhere in a paragraph, or select multiple paragraphs and click a button to format the selection with one mouse click.
