Photo library

Often, an example slides already contains one or more photos. But of course you want to vary the pictures, or use a photo that is specific for your slide.

Centrally managed library

Easy access to good photos

Select the photo (or an empty placeholder) and open the KeySlides photo library.

Your administrator maintains the library. Do you have stock photos? Company pictures. Illustrations in your company's brand? Screenshots for applications?

All these images are grouped in categories, you you can easily find the right photo.

Categories are connected to templates, so you only see relevant options.

Did you select a photo (or did you open a local file) with a different aspect ratio than the selected placeholder has? KeySlides opens its own cropping tool.

You can intuitively zoom in or out and move the photo until the preview shows the right part of the photo.

If the placeholder is not rectangular, an overlay clearly shows which part of the photo will be visible on the slide.

Not happy with the result? No problem: just open the photo library again and create a different crop.

Can't you find what you're looking for? Perform a search based on a partial file name. Still no success? Import a photo from your local system.
This way you will always benefit from the KeySlides features:

  1. The photo is placed in the selected placeholder, not in the first empty placeholder.
  2. You don't need to use the icon in the placeholder. So if this icon is covered by another object, there is no problem, as long as you can select the picture of empty placeholder.
  3. The KeySlides cropping tool opens automatically.
