Select the placeholder, open the photo library from the ribbon, and choose from the centrally managed library. Use the cropping tool to change the picture to fit placeholders with special shapes.
The photo library is divided into folders that are attached to templates, so you will only see relevant images. This saves you time and creates an efficient workflow. You can also search by partial file name and allow to import to import local pictures, keeping the benefits of the cropping tool.
