Additional support is charged based on an hourly rate. This way, you never pay for services that you do not need.

KeySlides is a Windows desktop PowerPoint add-in that 'lives' in the Office ecosysteem.
KeyScript does not control the changes in this ecosysteem.
The lack of control over the environment where the add-in is used has the consequence that there is no guarantee that KeySlides will always work with every change in Windows and PowerPoint.
Of course we will try to adapt KeySlides to a changing environment, not only because of the commitment to existing customers, but also because a 'breaking change' would inhibit selling new KeySlides licenses.
The risk seems limited: KeyScript develops custom solutions that run for years or even over a decade without or with minimal changes.
