Example slides

Do you think the wire frames of slide layouts give a limited view of what a slide can look like?
KeySlides shows actual examples. Choose to include the sample content, or to create an empty slide based on the layout of the selected example.
This way, you can see the possible end result, but do not have to delete the temporary content.

Only relevant slides

Flexibility in selecting slides

KeySlides is designed to easily and efficiently compile a presentation from existing slides.

Your administrator attaches one or more files with example slides to each template. This way, you always only see relevant example slides.

So if you have a separate template for proposals, example slides files with slides about your products and services can be attached to that particular presentation, so you will only see them if you are creating a proposal.

Not all example slides are shown at once. If the example slides are divided into sections, KeySlides displays a list of these sections and you only see previews of the slides in the selected section.

By default, all slides in the section are selected, so you can insert them with one mouse click. And KeySlides will create a section with the same name in your presentation. This is very convenient if you want to insert a PowerPoint section zoom to create a table of contents.

To stay with the example of a proposal: do you have a product or service, for which you have multiple sections with slides? KeySlides has an option to insert a whole presentation with a single mouse click. If you often compile presentations like this from your portfolio, this is a huge productivity boost.

Don't forget that all content is managed centrally, so you will always use the up-to-date, 'clean' version of these slides, without the name of another prospect.

Is dividing the content in sections not sufficient?
KeySlides offers the option to 'tag' slides with one or more self defined categories.

If this has been done, a tab with category names is shown. You can combine these categories to find your slides.
